| London Swimming proudly presents its Adult Diving Master Classes at Putney Leisure Centre, SW15. Wednesday 3rd February 2010 Whether you are a beginner or have some experience in diving, our fully qualified diving coach will teach you the basics and build your confidence at a pace to suit you. Diving is a great sport that builds confidence, self esteem, co-ordination, body tone & fitness, and most importantly its fun and certainly challenging! This is a 6 week course starting on Wednesday 6th January 2010 at 7-8pm until Wednesday 10th February 2010 |
