| Young Aquatic Organisers Award (YAOA) - Tutor Training Do you want to deliver the YAOA within your club? This award could see you be able to deliver the training and expand your workforce within your club. The Award is for 14-18 year olds who are wanting to develop their leadership & coaching skills, which could allow them to be involved in a number of roles within a club.
